Let's Talk
Currently registered WSU students can schedule a free 15-minute"Let's Talk" Zoom meeting with a CAPS counselor, who will provide psychoeducation, resources and referrals. The scheduling link is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Let's Talk sessions are NOT a clinical service, students receive resources, and immediate problem-solving support. Students may be referred to formal counseling services.
Note: The Campus Health Center’s "Let’s Talk" session is every Tuesday, from 2 to 3 p.m.

If you are in a mental health emergency
- Call WSU Police 313-577-2222 (on campus).

- Call 988 for the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
- Text HOME to 741-741 to reach a crisis counselor.
