Maintain your oral health
Remember to brush your teeth twice per day and floss at least once per day. You should avoid smoking, soda, hard candies and sticky candies and sweets. Do remember to drink water, eat fiber rich foods and replace your tooth brush every 3-4 months.
Tips
- Brush twice for about 1-2 minutes and clean the surface of your teeth
- Apply gentle pressure
- Use a toothbrush with soft bristles
- Floss once per day to get between your teeth to avoid plaque buildup
- Flossing will also lower the risk of gum disease and tooth decay
- Go to the dentist immediately when you feel pain or discomfort
- Get regular checkups and cleanings
