Patient Portal
Campus Health Center (CHC) is in the process of transitioning to a new patient portal. Until the new system is activated, we have established the following processes for getting lab results, corresponding with your CHC provider, or getting medical records.
Lab results
- Most labs are sent to Quest Diagnostics for processing. You can access your Quest Diagnostic lab results by downloading the free “MyQuest for Patients” app from Google Play or the App Store, or by establishing a MyQuest account at https://www.questdiagnostics.com/patients/test-results. If you are having trouble with MyQuest, please contact Quest Diagnostics at 866-697-8378.
- Select labs are processed in-house and you will get those results before leaving your appointment. If your labs require extended time, your provider will contact you with your results.
- Some labs, such as GYT (free STI testing), are processed through the state of Michigan. A CHC nurse will call you when your GYT results are available, typically within 10 days of testing.
Corresponding with providers
- Important: If your lab results fall out of the normal range, your CHC provider will call you, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., to discuss. If you receive a phone call from CHC, it is extremely important that you answer and/or promptly return our call at 313-577-5041. Let the our staff know you are returning a call from your provider and you will be connected to a clincal team member.
- To protect your health information, the preferred method of corresponding with your provider is by phone. If you need to reach your provider, call 313-577-5041. If your provider is unavailable, leave a message and they will return your call as their schedule allows.
Medical Records
To request medical records, contact our front office at 313-577-5041 or email campushealth@wayne.edu. Our front office will email you a medical records form and outline the process.
Previous Patient Portal
The expired patient portal will be accessible to those who have an established account for an extended period of time. The portal contains information prior to January 1, 2024. We recommend you print or download any files you need for future reference.
