Campus Health will be at the Eugene Applebaum Building for Urine Drug Screening (UDS) and TB Screening for PA students on:

Monday, April 22, 2019 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Important Notes:

Prior to attending PA TB/UDS Testing Day, you must:

  1. Create an account in the Campus Health Center Patient Portal.
  2. Complete all sections of the registration section, including insurance information.
  3. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please visit the Patient Portal Instruction Guide.

CHC will bill your insurance for the cost of the TB test. If your insurance does not cover it, you will receive a bill in the mail. If you do not have insurance, you will be required to pay $19 for your TB test.

CHC will be conducting all Urine Drug Screening (UDS).  UDS are NOT billable to insurance. The cost of UDS is $25.00. Payment is required PRIOR to the test being conducted.

If you are paying for both tests, the total cost is $44.00.

Advance payment is STRONGLY encouraged and preferred.  Payment can be made online for both the UDS and TB test by clicking here.  Payment will be accepted day of with credit card only.

Please be prepared to show your receipt which will be emailed to you.

You must get your TB Read done 48-72 hours later. If you do not have it read 48-72 hours later by CHC, your test will not be valid and will need to be redone. CHC will return to the PA school on Wednesday, April 24th, 2018 from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm to read the TB tests.  If you do not have your test read during that time, you will need to come to Campus Health Center to have the TB test read prior to 11:00 am on Thursday, April 25, 2019.

CHC will send your results within 48 hours of the completion of the UDS/PPD Read via the Patient Portal.  It is the responsibility of the student to sign up for the Patient Portal to get your electronic results and submit the documentation to the PAS.  CHC will not be providing paper copies or submitting any documentation for you. Please complete, print, and bring the following items:

  • WSU One Card
  • Government ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Insurance Card (photocopy if you have one)
  • Outreach TB Risk Assessment (PDF Fillable)
