CANCELED Stress: What You Need to Know and How to Cope with It Table at the Student Center Building

Are you interested in your health and wellness? Wondering how your health behaviors affect your personal or academic life? Want to learn tips about how to be healthier or how our health choices can improve our academic life?
Join the Campus Health Center most Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Student Center from 11am-1pm as we provide information about important health topics for you as a WSU student! Health topics vary week to week.
Today’s Topic: Stress and Anxiety
The Stress and Anxiety program works to increase awareness about stress levels in college and healthy techniques to relieve stress. Handouts with more information about stress relief and campus resources for stress management will be used.
The nitty gritty:
The Campus Health Center’s Health Programming Team challenges the health attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions of our student population through education and promotes wellness and healthy behaviors, so that our students can be healthy and successful both personally and academically.
We provide services to address the health promotion, education, and prevention needs of WSU students. Our Health Programming Team offers a wide array of health promotion campaigns, events, and health programs.
