The Campus Health Center provides healthcare services to students who are currently enrolled at Wayne State University. Same-day appointments may be available for acute illnesses or recent injuries. All other routine health concerns require a scheduled appointment.

CALL – Call (313) 577-5041 to make your appointment. Please be open to multiple dates and times when scheduling. Please have your insurance information ready.
Coronavirus Update: Please complete the WSU Daily Screener prior to attending your appointment. When you call, our front office will ask questions and determine what type of appointment is necessary. Appointment types include:
- Tele-health (phone)
- Tele-medicine (video)
- Physical appointment at CHC
Please be prepared that not all visits will take place in the office, even if Covid-19 symptoms are present.
STOP IN – Feel free to stop by the clinic to schedule an appointment. We may be able to accommodate you later the same day, but if not, we will schedule an appointment in the next few days when it is convenient for you.

PREPARE – Fill out the necessary registration forms and bring them with you to your appointment. Make sure you have updated insurance information.
ARRIVE – Plan to arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. Bring your OneCard, a government ID (driver’s license, state identification, or passport), and your insurance card (or a copy [front and back]). See map for parking availability.
Patients who are not present within ten minutes of their appointment time will have their appointments cancelled and may receive a $15.00 administrative fee. See our late fee policy below for more information.
